Introduction of electronic promissory notes (ePromissory note)

As of December 1, 2025, the Central e-Bill Register (hereinafter CReM), a platform of the National Bank of Serbia designed for legal entities and entrepreneurs to create and manage electronic bills of exchange, started operating. 

Mirabank a.d. enables its clients to use electronic bills through this register.

The conditions for using CReM are that the client is a user of the Bank's OfficeBanking application and possesses a valid qualified electronic certificate in the cloud (ConsentID – eGovernment). 

Users of the Halcom application will be allowed to switch to OfficeBanking, without any fee for enabling the application, including the creation of the certificate or its addition. 

The request for activation of the eBill service is submitted at the Bank's branch. 

The user guide is available in the OfficeBanking application and on the website of the National Bank of Serbia. 

Fees are charged in accordance with the Bank's applicable Tariff.
